This upgrade is for the Legacy Users mostly. Taking out the 2/4 hole generally makes the tubes less chuggy but also allows you to even further notice the function of the perk you selected. This upgrade tends to be slightly more harsh feeling, as the 2/4 hole provides a very nice amount of function that make the tubes smoother.
