Nearly all products available are custom made to order by me, and I process & ship them as well. Being a one man team I apologize for any delays that may occur due to external circumstance I do not have control over (ex. injury, holiday, family issues, sickness etc).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
All customs completed in two business days or less!* *Due to high volume of sales as well as quality control, customs may take longer as we strive to create the highest quality glass art. We thank you for your patience as well as your understanding.
All products are meant for adults for tobacco use only age 18 or older in some states, if you are a minor please discontinue use of our services. Our products are made of glass which may break with little or excessive force, use them at your own risk. Broken glass is sharp as razors, handle the item at your own risk. Glass may break in the mail, and if so take care not to cut oneself.
There is no tracking on orders we apologize for any inconveniences it may cause.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is flat rate based upon the item you order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
You will NOT receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
ONLY for packages that have been returned to sender, all others disregard. If you order a package to the wrong address, you will pay shipping back to you, that includes any changes from the original address given.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Thank you for your purchase, we appreciate the support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for store credit. Exceptions are for defective and or damaged products which we will replace or fix free of charge, customer pays shipping. Returns must be in new condition, with no cosmetic damage caused by the customer. Returns must be postmaked within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact the email if you would like a return firstname.lastname@example.org, and allow two weeks for postmark. COLOR PREFERENCE IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR RETURNS– some colors have different properties and will look different from the pictures. If we have made an error in completing your order, we will refund you or send out the correct artwork once the incorrect artwork has been postmarked back to us, just send us a message. All refunded orders will be subjected to a return fee of 15%. We will not cover postage for the item returning to you, customer must pay shipping both ways. If the item being returned breaks in the mail on the way back, we take no responsibility for the returned item, and the refund is no longer applicable, the sale is final with no return.
If you need a repair, DM me on instagram, and I will walk you through the process. Completely nonrefundable once paid, no exception. Repairs are not 100% success rate, don’t ask for a repair if you are not willing to lose the piece. Even if it does break I will need to be paid for my time and work, meaning I will only refund shipping. It must be received in like new condition, minus the broken art, or a cleaning fee equivalent to 2x the cost of the repair will be charged for the item to be sent back unrepaired. That means, Repair + (Repair x 2 fee). If it does break for any reason you hold Captain Hook Glass Art LLC harmless and, you are not entitled for a refund, nor something of equivalent value, by sending it you are putting it at risk twice in the mail and in the kiln. If & when art breaks I will refund shipping and throw the broken art out. Due to the nature of glass art, things are never able to be restored 100% to its previous condition. Any shipping troubles coming from you, are your responsibility, and you will hold Captain Hook Glass Art LLC harmless.

We cannot gaurentee the internet is secure, but we will do our best to protect your personal information. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
