These tubes will have tool marks on the foot. to me, it signifies handmade craftsmanship, i enjoy them and like them. it is not optional to have or not have, it is a first quality feature of CH glass. Borosilicate glass in this length naturally has bubbles and vertical lines in them, and it is natural and supposed to be there. Function first glass, meaning that aesthetic issues of the medium are accepted and cherished instead of picked apart.

Our products are made of glass which may break with little or excessive force, use them at your own risk. Broken glass is sharp as razors, handle the item at your own risk. Glass may break in the mail, and if so take care not to cut oneself. READY TO SHIP IS SOLD AS IS, ALL SALES FINAL. ONCE WATER IS PUT INSIDE THE TUBE OR USED IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. CUSTOMS NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO BUILDING ON DEMAND.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays, Shipping days Monday & Friday. Custom items will take up to 10 business days to complete beyond processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is flat rate based upon the item you order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. NOVEMBER / DECEMBER EXPECT DELAYS UP TO 2 MONTHS IN MAIL.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
ONLY for packages that have been returned to sender, all others disregard. If you order a package to the wrong address, you will pay shipping back to you, that includes any changes from the original address given.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
International Shipping

COLOR PREFERENCE IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR EXCHANGES– some colors have different properties and will look different from the pictures. If we have made an error in completing your order, please let us know. NO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR CREDIT UPON RECIEVING THE GLASS IN A RETURN.
